Plastic surgery

On friday in class we did a dialogue and I now I have just remebered that the most part of the class did the dialogue about women who want more boobs or things like that. I think that it is very sexist think that only girls want to the plastic surgeon because there are a lot of mens who probably go for a liposuction or for other stuff than I can say because some childrens can read that. But in my opinion I believe that if there are more women than man that want to go to the plastic surgeon is because in the television only appear the most beautifull and thin girls and the other that probably have more talent didn't appear. Please think about that how many fat and ugly womens present the news and probably the next day we can have a convesation about that. 

Litlle Britain

In my opinion I don't do a very good presentaion. At first, because I was very nervous and I didn't know the text very well. Then during the presentation when I talk I only look to my right and I forgot a lot of things to say. Then I think that for  first time of my life I move very good in front of public  Talking about my lovely.. pronuonce I think that my dog will do it better than me but I think that my phone recorded another voice besause I don't have that strong voice. The content it was good and the structure very simple but I think that it was easy to understand.

In my point of view I can't say that my presentation was a ten and because of all the stuff that I talk before my mark is a......

My 17 part one

The last november I reach seventeen years old and I will never forget my sixteen birthday as the happiest day of my life only because my life was normal. Then the problems appeared and I couldn't do anything, at first my grandmother died and cause of that I entered in a big depression that I don't know if nowadays I have passed. The only thing that help me during the firsts month after my grandmother death was my studies and that I began to go to a theatre club that nowadays I think that it was a silly thing but during that days it was a big help for me.

My 17 part two

In the third term I decided to leave the theatre and until that day I only think in earn good grades because if I don't do that I will become mad. At the begining of the summer another desaster happened to my family when my grandfather died. Probably because I passed for the same situation or because I was thinking that I couldn't relapse to another depression but I didn't felt sad

Today I think that if I meet a copy of my one year younger I probably didn't recognize that boy because this year I have lived the worst situation of my life.

Ex-Castellón chief Fabra sentenced to four years for tax fraud

Carlos Fabra has been sentenced to four years of priion for tax fraud, at the begining he had been sentenced to 13 years but the castellon provincial court has absolved him of some of the charges.

The trial finished then of ten years of investigation of the years that Fabra was president of the provincial council of Castellon.

Carlos Fabra said that he will apeal to the sentence but it will be very difficult to change that sentence because the sentence said that it was unquestionable that Fabra was aware of all his corruption problems. However Fabra has order to pay 693000 euros to the tax office.

The origin of all the problems began in 2003 when Vicente Vilar acused Fabra to recieve thousand of euros for political favors.

I'm doing a lot of new about corruption because I think that in Spain there are lots of corruption probems that nowadays aren't solved.

This week’s movie releases

There are a lots of middle segments of trilogies but The Hunger Games: Catching Fire have one of the best review in America and Europe. In this second part the Katniss and Peeta will fight another time for their live in the 75^th Annual Hunger Games. In this film will appear famous actor like Liam Hemsworth or Elizabeth Banks.

But The Hunger Games: Catching Fire it isn't the only good film that appear this film because films like heli, that talks about drug trafficking, or a comedy called Like a modern-day Rat Pack.

I'm a cinephile and if my teachers let me I will go and see that film but if I'm sincere I don't think I will have time until 2017 because I never stop doing homeworks:).

Opposition accuses Madrid City Hall of having caused cleaners’ strike

The opposition said to Anna Botella that she caused the strike of the street cleaners during the last two weeks. The stoppage was did it because the company wanted to lay off 1.134 employers and cut wages. This monday the strike was finished when the company decide to not lay offany employer.

Some workers didn't like when the Hall decided to employ people for the minimum servic but Anna Botella suggested that a serious deterioration in sanitary condition merited exceptional measures.

How ussually happen in politic affairs the opposition criticize all the things that the PP have did it during his term of office.

In my point of view I think that it isn't normal that Madrid, the city who desire the Olympic games two month ago, now they don't have money to pay for clean the city.

Killers walk free after European ruling as lawyer bids to keep teen murderer in jail

One Emilio Muñoz and Juan Manuel walked free from jail a cause the ECHR didn't like the Parot doctrine. Muñoz killed a young Madrid women and Juan Manuel killed a nine years old girl. The first one said when he left the prison that he was sorry for his crimes but the psychiatrist of Juan has told to the press that he isn't reformed.

There are lots of cases like that I was talking before because more than 50 prisioners had left left the jail since the new law is working. One strnage case that I didn't talk about is Ricart a man who kill three tennagers girls and probably now he is walking for the street.

In my view, I think that the ECHR hasn't understood very well what that prisioners has do it in Spain because I thinkt that is a silly thing to kill the Parot doctrine.

Rajoy uses Scotland to warn Catalonia about separatist regions

Mariano Rajoy has given a warning to Catalonia saying that if Scotland became independent he will leave the Europen Union. Then he said that the writer of the white book is a lier because if Sctoland became independent the new contry wouldn't stay in the European Union.

Artur Mas want to do a referendum similar to the Scotland one but Rajoy had sid that our constitution don't allow that kind of election.

However the French President and Rajoy were talking that days and they ariived to the same conclusions: an independent Scotland or Catalonia would be in the European Union.

I only want to comment a quote that Rajoy said:

Opinion essay

Is humour really necessary? If you ask that question to people they will answer that obviously yes, but if then they try to answered why is necessary they don't have any coherent answer. In my point of view, humour it isn't necessary for life.

At first, is important to say that is possible that humour can help to pass a bad situation but if you use humour for all your bad moments you will never give up because life  isn't a bed of roses we need to suffer bad moments if we want to grow up and progress.

Secondly, in this time of crisis people tend to say that with humour the problems will sort out like if we live in a magic word. Moreover, the only way to clear up a problem is making a lot of effort and working every day to accomplish our objective because if we don't do that, the world where we life will kill us. That world where we live is a competitive world where the only way to survive is working and suffer because if you waste time laughing you will lost lots of opportunities that they will never return.

In conclusion, you will think that during the text I only talk about humour in a different way than normal, because I think that people don't take seriously a lot of important things. However humour will be useful when we are with friends or in some moments of life but we must not use humour as a style of live because you will damage yourself and the people you love.

Dear Sonia,

I was thinking about what are my true dreams, at that moment I have only one important challenge because that objective needs a lot of concentration and dedication. This dream is to arrive at the end of second batxillerat earning good grades and study Medicine in Barcelona. Talking about long-term dreams, before I die I want to visit, at least, five countries in every continent. My favourite destination are China, Australia, Nepal and Egypt because I love their culture, their nature and their waves(only when we talk about Australia). When I finish my degree I want to find a job as soon as possible in Catalonia, to achieve that dream I will try to study a lot at the university and stand out as much as I can.

The first thing that I will underline about Obama's speech is that I had never seen in Spain a president talking face to face with a group of students(probably because the students will throw tomatoes at him). Then I like when Obama talk about him in the address, that thing put the speech at the level of a friends conversation. After that I need to talk about one of the most strange phrases for normally students: “Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. It's a sign of strength.” As a teacher you might know that is very difficult see a students raising their hand to ask to you a question and in one way I think that it's normal because then some of they school partners will laugh about him but in another way if the student don't ask to you then probably he can't pass the exam. Finally I want to comment one of the strangest phrases in the Spanish society: “you become good at things through hard work”, here in Spain is very difficult to see people working hard to accomplish his objective however when I visit America I saw a very different culture and one of that differences was that they don't wait for anything they are always working for meet their goals.

In conclusion, I know that to achieve a dream you need to struggle every day but “purpose is what gives life a meaning”(C.H. Parkhurst), as that quote say probably is more important the path than the destination.

Mother:   What?

Stacey:   Mom, please, give me a sec.

Exam composition

I don't like what Henry Wottom said about beauty because the appearance and the inside are always very different.

At first, in our society if we ask what things is the most important between youth(beauth) people and smart people they say that smart people is most important. However if you see their life or how they talk more about "Salvame" than if someone has improved the life of ill people, you can think and say that probably Lord Henry was correct and the only important things is youth and beauty but don't think that because the problem is that the most of the population don't accept that is better to be good and ugly preson than to be evil and beauty.

Final evaluation of First Batxillerat

During this two years I think that my level of engish improved a lot because first I didn't try to have good marks but during this two years I began to improve my marks at first my marks improved a little bit but then almost during this last year I began to try to accomplish a new objective, tried to improve my mark and had a very good final mark. At first this objective was difficult but now I felt very satisfied with my self. In my opinion the best skill that reflect my english is the speaking and the reading because thanks that I spent some summers in England and United States.

I think that for my the best activities that help to improve my english is the blog and do writings because I do lots of faults and I think that it's the most difficult part of the language. In my opinion there aren't any not useful things during this years because I never felt that I was doing a stupid exercise. The next year I want to do another time the blog and I think that we will need to do more writings, readings and listenings because the selectivitat exams are only this three skills.

Self evaluation

If I talk about my presentation the first thing that I need to say is that I need to kill my nervous personality and then probably study a better the text because this two ingredients are very bad for do a presentation. I think that the structure of my presentation isgood and the content it's good to. Then I think that the movements and my voice that I put it in my presentation are good but I need to work about my english accent and try to improve.

In general the presentation was normal and I want to do better presentation the next year.

Manhattan

One of the cities that I prefer of our world is New York but when I went there I didn't visit all the city only a little part called Manhattan and I want to describe this borough.

Manhattan is the part of New York with more important buildings or monuments. In the downtown of Manhattan there are Times Square, which is a big square with buildings like Hard Rock Cafe and a lot of shops; Broadway, where are the most important theatre of the city; Fifth Avenue, where there are a lot of places to go shopping; Wall Street, which is the financial district of the city; Central Park, which is a enormous park with beautiful places to have a picnic, and The Empire State Building, where you can see all New York from a big height.

When I visited Manhattan I feel slight insecure and very small because in New York there are a lot of thief and all the buildings and the things in this city are very big. I recommended to visited because it's a very good experience for see a different culture and because the city that never sleep is perfect place to go shopping or only walk for his streets.

The weeding of my sister

The general topic of the film is the typical girl that she's addicted to the work but when she go to the weeding of her sister in Italia she fall in love with a friend of the groom. I like this film because is so funny and very easy to see I mean with some romantic moments but with a lot of funny moments.

The day of the marriage of his sister the principal actor, Beth, find an hansome boy, Nick, and she fall in love with him. But went the weeding finished Beth saw that Nick wasn't the boy that she thought. She went to a fountain and she caught some coins of the fountain. Then she returned to New York and some man became to follow him. Beth talk with her sister and she discover that the fountain through to Beth a spell and the only think to know if the love is real is returning the coins to his owner.

The think that I like of this film is that the director use the tipical love movie and he put a new kind of funny film.

Ice-skating

I

f you want to practice ice-skating I think that is a difficult sport to do because you need a lot of thing to do it. First you need good roller skates, some protection for protect yourself if you fall and the most important thing want to fall for learn a lot. The second thing that you need is an ice track for skate or an ice lake but I think that is better the ice track because is more secure. I think that do ice-skating is very good because you improve your balace, you can make good friends and in my opinion is a very good sport because it isn't very dangerous and it is a winter sport that you can practice all the year.

Summer job

This summer I want to work because I think that I don't have any economic independence.

If I need to choose a summer job I know that the best for me is work in a bar or in a restaurant because I want to try the experience and I think that I'm good as a waiter. However some people tell to me that work as a waiter is very difficult and tired but I think that I can hold that. If I can't work as a waiter I probably help my father at his work. The only job that I hate is work as a checker because I think that is very bored.

The day after finish school

For put a example I want to explain what I did the day after school finish:

That day I got up later may be at eleven o'clock . Then I went to the pool because in the summer I usually have a shower in my garden then of swam in the pool. Then I went to the living-room and I watched the TV. At one o'clock I began to put in order the notes and the table because I prefer to do at soon as possible. Then at three o'clock I have lunch and at four o'clock I met with Pablo, Luis and Gerard and we spent the afternoon playing basket ball and swimming. At eight o'clock I returned home and I watched TV until one o'clock. Then of that I went to sleep.

The first day after holiday

All the years the day before school I do the same things:

At the afternoon I take all the books of my sister and I put on my table. Then if I have bought something new like a bog or school material I always open this day because for me it's a ritual that put myself in the school year. Then if the time is good my brother and I go to pool and we spend a few time there. At the night normally my mother prepare soup for dinner and then we go to sleep early. For my go to sleep early is a silly thing because the day before a important thing or event I can't sleep.

The lesson that I hate

During the year that I have been studying I begin to hate some lesson like the languages and drawing. The first one because I terrible with the grammar and with the writings. The second one is because during a lot of years I try to improve in drawing but I spend a lot of time and I don't improve anything and this year when I do draw normally I spend three or four hours doing only one paint. Probably I hate this lesson because I don't have the enough potential to be the best and this is very important for me.

My favourite lesson

I'm studying since I'm six years old and I think that my favourites lesson are biology and physic. The first one because I like to know more about our body, our past, about illness and because in a near future I want to study medicine. The second one it's probably strange but for me physic is like a continuous challenge because I need to think a lot for solve a problem. At that moment I'm not doing biology and I'm rather upset for this but next year I want to study this lesson. The other problem is that I like physic but at that moment I think that I need to improve a lot my physic knowledge.

Spy kids

The film talks about a brother and a sister that become spy and they want to rescue their parents. I saw this film when I was a young boy and I think that is one of my favourites films.

Juni and Carmen's parents went to a spy mission but during this mission they were captured and because of this their two children went to the Bran Castle for rescued their parents of the evil man Mr Lisp.

It's an action spy film and that the principals actor are children, that's what I like the most about it.

In general I think that young boys and girls probably like this film but their parents will probably be a little bit bored. If I need to give a score I think that the film have two stars (old people) or four stars (young people).

A final for Johny's story 2

Johny tried to follow the three pieces of advice that the coach told to him but when he tried to go out or meet somebody he always remembered his last girlfriend. One day Johny met a girl and the couple decided to go rowing but in the middle of route Johny became crazy and he threw the girl out of the boat. Because of that the girl died and Johny went to prison and in prison he became a lunatic. The day of his execution the guard found him dead. The guard never knew how Johny died but when a doctor did the autopsy he found a black strange thing where the heart was supposed to be.

Johny tried to followed the three thing that his coach told him and one day he decided to go to the disco. First he was a bit unhappy because the disco remind him of his last girlfriend but when Johny saw a beautiful blond lady he forgot his last girlfriend and he fell in love at first sight. Johny stayed all night talking to her and when Johny asked to meet her another day she answered the question with an affirmation. In a few week Johny and Rebecca began to go out and a year later the couple got married.

Crispeta

Crispeta is the name of my dog, my family bought this dog a few years ago for my sister but now is more ours than hers.

Physically Crispeta is a white dog, it is rather big and busy for her race. The face of my dog, isn't bigger than a apple. She have black eyes, big ears and a pretty snout. My dog have two strange things a large tail and a mark near eyes.

About her personality she's rather protective and she always wants to eat. I think that she like to play with my family and when a person caress her body. The only bad point of my dog is that she sometimes begins to bark without any reason.

Summer

In this post I want to talk about some things that I want to do this summer:

This summer the first thing that I will organize my table and my notes and then I will go to my swimming pool. During this summer I will try to find a job to earn money and with this money I'm going to buy a computer or a Iphone5. Unfortunately, this summer I won't go to the United States but I think that I will spend a very good summer with my friends and my family. Finally I'm going to study all the syllabus of Biology and I will try not to forget about the other lessons.

Jorge Lorenzo is the favorite to win the race this Sunday because Qatar had been a very lucky place for the rider.

When Lorenzo talked to EL PAÍS, he said that he didn't have any problem to have Valentino Rossi in his team and then he said that it was a good thing for the team and for Valentino to meet again. When Jorge talk about his other enemy Dani Pedrosa he says that anything is possible in MotoGP and that his relationship with Pedrosa is better than in other years.

Talking about Marc Marquez, Lorenzo said that Marc is a very good competitor and he has a lot of good qualities that he(Lorenzo) needs.

Then EL PAÍS talked to Marc Marquez and He said that he wanted to do the best results but He needed to go step by step.

In my opinion I feel very nervous for the begin of the championship and I would like the comradeship between this riders.

Gap year

A gap year is a break between stages of life when a person do activity like travelling, volunteering or work abroad.

On the one hand a gap year is a good experience to make friends, go out and to try to search yourself. With a Gap year you can find a new job, a new kind of life and probably a new love.

On the other hand for a Gap year you need to know very well the language of the country, because you are alone and you need to survive. Then when you go out for a gap year you always leave your family, your friends and your culture.

In my opinion I think that a gap year is a very good thing for a person because when someone goes out of his home needs to mature and become independent. If I need to choose a place to stay during a year I will choose Australia because It's a place that I want to visit and I can learn a lot of things like English or surfing.

Animal test

The result of the animal test was strange. At first I thought I couldn't be an elephant but when I read the explanation, I agreed the results. The explanation said that saw a angry elephant is difficult, that they are very active and when elephants set their minds to something, they don't waver in their commitment until the task is complete. With these three things I'm slightly agree but when the text said that a elephant personality has important communication skills and that normally there are leaders I began to laugh because I don't have these features. When I read the careers I didn't feel good because all of them need to talk with a lot of people and I don't like to do this.

In general I don't agree with the result but if the texts said that probably I need a change in life (the last words are a joke).

Judge targets Princess Cristina in Nóos corruption probe

The Princess Cristina has been called to declare for the case of fraud(Nóos). The day that she was ordered to go is on 27 April because she have the status of director. The responsible of that is the partner of Iñaki who showed some emails between the couple talking about the influence of the king in many tourism acts. Other people related with the royalty had been called to declare. The Royal House didn't say anything during these days but on Wednesday they said that they were surprised of the act that the public prosecutor's office did.

I'm very surprised of this event because it is strange that the law tries to judge a infanta. Finally I expect that this case of fraud can be solved as soon as possible.

Description of a photo

This photo was taken in a little town of east USA, Virginia Beach. This photo was taken it one of the first days of the trip and the people tried to get used to the weather because in this place the weather is so hot but also so humid.

When I see this photo I remember one of my best summer and I feel slight nostalgia. The place where the photo was taken was a beach with a strange tube.

In the background of this photo we can see a blue sky in the middle, some buildings on the left and the sea on the right. This photo has a lot of people but if you think a little bit you can know that the important people were the group of thirteen students in the middle of the photo. In this group we have eight girls all of them wearing shorts and tops of different colours like black, white or pink. The four boys wearing short pants, t-shirts and trainers.

San Juan night

A San Juan with my family was always the same. In the afternoon all the family went to the supermarket to buy all the food for the night. Then my father and my mother stayed at the kitchen cooking and my brother and me organized the house.

We laid the table outside and then we ate all the food like jam, prawns and other things. Then we waited until the local fireworks finished and we walked to the beach and there we launched the fireworks during fifteen minutes. When we returned home at three or four o'clock in the morning we jumped to the pool and we spent some minutes inside the pool. After that we went to sleep or we watched the TV.

My first day in United States 2

That school was bigger than my town because the school had three big buildings, three soccer fields, two basketball camps and one rugby camp. We did the test and when we finished the test our teachers explained some things about the United States. At one o'clock we had lunch and when we finished we had met more than ten Russian boys and more than fifty Chinese. At three o'clock our leader said that if we needed to take out money of the credit card we needed to go with her. When we finished with that we went to a welcome party in a big park with our families. At eight o'clock my family and Aitor's family left the party and we returned to our house. At the night I unpacked my clothes and then I went to sleep.

My first day in United States 1

I got up very early and this was very strange because I didn't sleep for 24 hours. When I went to the kitchen my Dahi ( my host father ) was preparing my breakfast and when he saw me he said that I got up more earlier than he thought. Then we had breakfast together and he explained that his wife and his children were in a camp-site. Then we went to pick up Aitor and then Dahí left us in the bus stop. When the bus arrived our leader said hello to the group and then we went to Folsom. When we arrived to Folsom High school I was very surprised.

My first day in England 2

At twelve o'clock we finished the test and we went to have lunch in a bar near the school. In this place we met new friends like Mauricio, Hugo and Jordi and when we finished our lunch we returned to our classes. There we did our ticket bus and then Sonia explained us what things we wanted to do during the month. At three o'clock we went to a beach near the school and we spent all the afternoon doing things like swimming, playing volley or talking with friends. At six o'clock we returned home by bus and we had dinner and at eight o'clock we went to a disco with all the E.F. Group. When the disco finished we returned home and then we went to sleep.

My first day in England 1

When I got up in England I felt very tired because the night before I went to bed at one o'clock. When Gary( my host father) called me and my friends had breakfast we needed ten minutes to go because first we needed to have a shower and more other things.

When we went to the kitchen we saw an incredible breakfast with eggs, sausages, beans and more things. When we finished our host father took us to school and he went to work. When we entered the school our leaders Sonia and Ana said hello to me and my friends and then toll us that we needed to do a test to know our English level.

The perks of being a wall flower

The film talks about a lone boy that one day meets a couple of brothers who become friends. I like this film because it's a film which explains the difficulty of making friends and the adolescence.

The leading role,Charlie, meets Sam and Patrick in a football match and they begin a friendship. With the time Charlie enters into their little group and he begins to do things like taking cannabis, working in a cabaret and saving Patrick from beating.

I like the values of the friendship and the love that the film shows.

I don't like the ending because I think that it's rather strange when Charlie goes to the psychiatrist.

I think that people need to go and see this film and probably their life could change a little bit.

A group of seven young dancers ( 20-23 years) of the Ballet Nacional de Cuba ran away of a tour in Mexico to United States to ask for asylumbut one of them remained in Mexico. One girl of the group says that the only important thing now is the future because we want a better artistic and economic life for our families. A source said that anyone of these dancers have a family in the United States and that these dancers were part of a prestigious company that was on an international tour.

I feel very good when I read this article because a lot of people in Cuba live under very bad conditions and they couldn't go out of the country because they had an important work or all the people in the country know about them.

My best memories 1

In the next three post I want to talk about three of my best experiences or memories in my life:

The first one it isn't a memory, it is a habit that I did when I was young in Barcelona. All the morning that I remember in Barcelona when I woke up at 5 or 6 o'clock in the morning I went to my parent's bed and I slept with them. My father told me that some days he woke up thanks to me.

When I remember that I feel nostalgia of those days in Barcelona when anything couldn't disturb me.

My best memories 2

This memory happened when I was three years old, in a little town called Urus in Catalonia. In this town my family has a house that we often go at the weekend. One of this days in winter a wild boar appeared in front of our house. At first, my sister and I thought that the wild boar want to break the door and eat us but anything happened and the next day when we woke up the wild boar had disappeared.

When I remember that I think that would have been funny if the wild boar had broken the door.

My best memories 3

This memory happened last summer. One day in August my mother, my brother and me decided to go to the beach with “Crispeta”, our dog in the morning. That day we woke up early and we walked to the beach. When we arrived to the beach we went to the water with our dog and we began to play in the water with the dog. Then my mother bought some ice-creams for my brother and my and we returned home.

I thin that that day was very amazing for Crispeta because for it was the first time that she went to the sea.
