“The law is the same for everyone,” says Madrid mayor about Aguirre incident

The ex-premier minister, Esperanza Aguirre, has been arrested during twenty minutes after she stop in a Bus lane. Esperanza accuses the police of sexist and of only fine her because she was an important person.

After this detention, some of the members of the PP has explain their opinion about the incident.

Soraya Saéz de Santamaría has explained that thee law is the same for everyone and the statements made by the officers should be presumed to be true. Other as Anna Botella has criticized the behavior of the ex-premier minister and some friend of Esperanza, Lucía Figar, has criticized the behaviour of the police agents because they were only traffic agents and they only have to monitor and control traffic.

I agree with Soraya Saéz de Santamaría and it will be very strange if that thing that she has told will became true.

86 percent of Congress votes down Catalonia referendum request

After seven hours of debate the Spanish Congres has voted against the purpose of the President Mas to do a referendum. The most part of the Congres (299 that include the PP, PSOE , UcyD, UPN and Foro Asturias) voted that they don't want that Catalonia have the possibility of did a referendum the only 47 members of the parliament (CIU,ERC , ICV and PNV) voted that they want the possibility of do a referendum.

The most important declarations were from Rajoy who say that if the catalan population want to be independent they need to ask for change the Constitution and Rubalcaba who say that offered a new federal state model.

In my point of view, the Spanish Congres have not the final decision because, historically, Catalonia has never been part of Spain for his own desire and Spain has abuse of our region.

Girl kidnapped in Madrid park found drugged and bewildered five hours later

A nine years old girl have been found it at 2a.m in the entrance of a subway after some hours missing. The girl was playing with some friends when a man convinced him to follow him to the car. When the girl appeared she was drugged and disoriented.

Cristina Cifuentes, the government delegate in Madid, and José Fernández Díez, the Madrid chief police, had said that this is an isolated accident and until today this case will have maximum priority. Then they explain that a unit of the rime investigation is interrogation every person that was in the park at that hour.

Nowadays, the girl is recovering in the Ramon y Cajal hospital.

I strongly believe that the authorities have to stop this kind of crimes because is a violation of the human right when someone steal the liberty of a person.

Brussels doubles its growth forecast for Spain for this year

Before the end of the longest recession of the history of the democracy, the prevision for the growth of the Spanish economy are very positive.

The Commission think that the unemployment and the debt will affect to the growth of the Spanish economy.

Little by little the Commission think that the unemployment and the debt will disappear and they said: “The worst of the crisis may now be behind us, but this is not an invitation to be complacent, as the recovery is still modest”.

Then of the rescue of our neighbour, Portugal, it seems that his economy will grow during the next years.

Probably this is the first time that the Spanish government and the Commission said the same, I wish that the crisis will finish and our country will return to the normality.

Battle for the Mosque of Córdoba

This days, there is a debate to decide if the Mosque of Córdoba has to be a catholic monument or a Andalusí monument.

The problem began when during the last years all the content refereeing to the Islamic culture has been removed.

Last year a group of people decided to create platform, This platform explains that if the Bishopric continue removing objects the Mosque could disappear of the list of World Heritage buildings.

In the Mosque there are a lot of guards that control all the Muslim person because the Bishopric don't want that this people do his religious acts in the Mosque.

In my point of view, this kind of things has to be ban for the European Union because they are destroying our past.

Draft Citizen Security Law unconstitutional, says top legal watchdog

The General Council of the Judiciary has said that some points of the new citizens security law are unconstitutional. The critics said that the only use of this law is to protect itself of the protest and of the amount of critics that the population said during this protest.( the project explain that a person will have to pay a fine, if he say something shameful about a member of the government.

Two members of the CGPJ has tell that the PP should fence in some points because there are confused.

Summing up, I think that the only objective of this project is avoid the protest and collect more money.

Fake coup documentary sparks row

On Sunday, Jordi Evole has do it a fake program about the 23-F. The objective of the problem was to use some edited videos and the invented testimony of some important people of the past.

At the end f the program Jordi Evole revel that all what they explain was a fake but all the people who has see it thought: Can a lie explain a truth? The people who appear in the fake program was Joaquín Leguina Medina, Federico Mayor Zaragoza, Felipe Alcaraz and Fernando Ortega.

The program finished with a debate about the Operacion Palacios.

I think that Jordi Evole is one of the best presenter of the country and thanks to him and la Sexta Spain has another point of view of a lot of cloudy events.

Founder of Spanish Dakar Rally team ordered held in cocaine-smuggling case

This Monday the Spanish High-Court has denied the preventive custody to David Olivares, the owner of the Spanish Dakar team Epsilon, after his arrest when the authorities has found some cocaine in his truck.

The truck was arrested in his trip to Catalonia and a part from David Olivares the police has arrested two more Spanish and two Bulgarians, probably the chief of the organitzation.

The boss of the team has decided to don't go to French and a the High-Court will decide what will happen to this men.

In my point of view, this kind of person are more evil than normal thief because they are destroying the fame of this competition.

Mexico captures world’s most famous drug cartel leader

This Saturday the police of Mexico has arrested one of the biggest drug fugitives, Joaquim Guzman.

Joaquim Guzman, one of the richest trafficker in the world, was arrested without complication in one Hotel of the city of Mazatlán.

“El Chapo” has controlled the cocaine market during a lot of years in all the world, his harvest fields are bigger than Costa Rica.

Before he was moved to the prison, the authorities brought him to press at 2am at Mexico City airport. The arrest of “El Chapo” is a little victory for the president of Mexico, Enrique Peña, because his predecessor couldn't do anything like this.

In my opinion, this is very important because the people like Guzman earn money destroying the life of a lot of people.

Ex-Castellón chief Fabra sentenced to four years for tax fraud

Carlos Fabra has been sentenced to four years of priion for tax fraud, at the begining he had been sentenced to 13 years but the castellon provincial court has absolved him of some of the charges.

The trial finished then of ten years of investigation of the years that Fabra was president of the provincial council of Castellon.

Carlos Fabra said that he will apeal to the sentence but it will be very difficult to change that sentence because the sentence said that it was unquestionable that Fabra was aware of all his corruption problems. However Fabra has order to pay 693000 euros to the tax office.

The origin of all the problems began in 2003 when Vicente Vilar acused Fabra to recieve thousand of euros for political favors.

I'm doing a lot of new about corruption because I think that in Spain there are lots of corruption probems that nowadays aren't solved.

There are a lots of middle segments of trilogies but The Hunger Games: Catching Fire have one of the best review in America and Europe. In this second part the Katniss and Peeta will fight another time for their live in the 75^th Annual Hunger Games. In this film will appear famous actor like Liam Hemsworth or Elizabeth Banks.

But The Hunger Games: Catching Fire it isn't the only good film that appear this film because films like heli, that talks about drug trafficking, or a comedy called Like a modern-day Rat Pack.

I'm a cinephile and if my teachers let me I will go and see that film but if I'm sincere I don't think I will have time until 2017 because I never stop doing homeworks:).

“Circumstantial” evidence exists that PP kept parallel accounts, High Court says

In Friday judge Pablo Ruiz said that it's very possible that exist a second accounting sistem which ran paralel to the official one. The investigation began when this newspaper reveal parts of the secrets ledgers that Luis Barcenas has.

Maria Dolores de Cospedal said that she will bring suit against Barcenas because he said that her and Mariano Rajoy were envolved in the conspiration.

Us always it happends in that country the opposition said to the President that it's important to said the true and then he had to accept te consequence.

In my point of view, all that stuff related with corruption isn't judge very well because lot of the politicians that in the past were envolved in corruption nowadays they aren't in the prision.

Opposition accuses Madrid City Hall of having caused cleaners’ strike

The opposition said to Anna Botella that she caused the strike of the street cleaners during the last two weeks. The stoppage was did it because the company wanted to lay off 1.134 employers and cut wages. This monday the strike was finished when the company decide to not lay offany employer.

Some workers didn't like when the Hall decided to employ people for the minimum servic but Anna Botella suggested that a serious deterioration in sanitary condition merited exceptional measures.

How ussually happen in politic affairs the opposition criticize all the things that the PP have did it during his term of office.

In my point of view I think that it isn't normal that Madrid, the city who desire the Olympic games two month ago, now they don't have money to pay for clean the city.

Killers walk free after European ruling as lawyer bids to keep teen murderer in jail

One Emilio Muñoz and Juan Manuel walked free from jail a cause the ECHR didn't like the Parot doctrine. Muñoz killed a young Madrid women and Juan Manuel killed a nine years old girl. The first one said when he left the prison that he was sorry for his crimes but the psychiatrist of Juan has told to the press that he isn't reformed.

There are lots of cases like that I was talking before because more than 50 prisioners had left left the jail since the new law is working. One strnage case that I didn't talk about is Ricart a man who kill three tennagers girls and probably now he is walking for the street.

In my view, I think that the ECHR hasn't understood very well what that prisioners has do it in Spain because I thinkt that is a silly thing to kill the Parot doctrine.

Rajoy uses Scotland to warn Catalonia about separatist regions

Mariano Rajoy has given a warning to Catalonia saying that if Scotland became independent he will leave the Europen Union. Then he said that the writer of the white book is a lier because if Sctoland became independent the new contry wouldn't stay in the European Union.

Artur Mas want to do a referendum similar to the Scotland one but Rajoy had sid that our constitution don't allow that kind of election.

However the French President and Rajoy were talking that days and they ariived to the same conclusions: an independent Scotland or Catalonia would be in the European Union.

I only want to comment a quote that Rajoy said:

"I don't know what that white book that has just been presented says,"

I was thinking if Rajoy don't know what the white book said because he didn't know English or because he had a lot of work...
